JILLIAN: A great first impression. Very nice. Very sensitive to a situation as far as smile and perfectionism with that. So very good impression. I felt very comfortable with him. He’s very easygoing. He’s very understanding, and easy to talk to, and to express any sort of pain or issues that I have. So I really enjoy coming to him. He’s probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. Ever. I just think that he really a hundred percent cares about the patient. He wants what’s best for the patient. He just makes people feel comfortable here and he doesn’t give that stereotypical fear of going to the dentist. He makes people want to come, and make their smile better, and feel better. When I was younger, I had a very bad experience with my childhood dentist and I actually wound up getting braces later in life because my dentist as a child told me it was unnecessary and I feel that he wasn’t a hundred percent into my need as a child. So Dr. K is very in tune to what goes on and he makes everybody feel comfortable and he really wants to help you with whatever your situation is so. He’s great to come to. His dental assistant over here does a very good job. She makes you feel very comfortable. She’s an excellent assistant to Dr. K and makes all of his procedures run a hundred times smoother because she’s so in tune with what’s going on. Geri is a great receptionist. She’s very good with insurance situations that come up. She’s very good about reminding you about your appointment. Each appointment, she calls you a day prior or two days prior just to remind you, which is good for people like me because I always forget my appointment. And she’s just very easy to deal with and very pleasant to deal with, so. All that made a big step. Ever since I’ve been coming to Dr. K I’ve been referring him to many family and friends, as many people as possible because I want them to have the experience that I have here all the time. I trust him with everything. He’s just a great person in general and they make you feel very at home when you’re here. So it’s a great dental office.
