Dental Crowns

Dental crowns can be fitted and placed at our Smithtown, Long Island practice using CEREC® technology. This restorative dentistry treatment can repair a badly damaged tooth, prevent decay, and provide an aesthetically-pleasing result.

DR. JIMMY KILIMITZOGLOU: When a tooth is pretty badly broken down and it’s too big to place a porcelain filling or a white filling, a crown is probably the best treatment option. A crown is basically something that goes around the tooth and reinforces the tooth. And crowns can last a very, very long time, anywhere between 7 to 10 years or even longer.
