Meet. Dr. K

Dr. Kilimitzoglou has an unwavering passion for dentistry and constantly strives to offer the best dental treatments available. At the core of his practice is a desire to care for patient's and help them preserve their optimal oral health. As a well-practiced dentist Dr. K is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

DR. JIMMY KILIMITZOGLOU: I graduated from SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2002. And I did a two-year residency in Advanced Education and General Dentistry where we learned how to surgically place implants, and restore implants, and other advanced techniques; the latest and greatest in dentistry. And then after that, we did a one-year implantology course at NYU. I’m a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. And the reason why I wanted to start my own practice is because I wanted to really focus in on patient care. I want patients to feel that they’re in good hands and that I’m going to take care of them. Every time I have a patient in my chair, it’s almost as if they’re my children and I really want to take good care of them. And that’s what ESI Dental is about. The reason why I love my staff is that we’re all one family here. And when we treat our patients, they can feel that. They can really feel that we genuinely care about them and that we want them to very, very comfortable. We’ll call them after a long appointment to see how they’re doing. We’ll send them a holiday card, a birthday card, maybe flowers if they have something significant like the birth of a new child, a wedding or something important like that. So they’re very important to us. Our patients are the most important asset and we dedicate all of our effort to that. We want them to feel very, very important and my staff can convey that and my patients feel very comfortable with that. They can connect with them and I think that’s very special.
